Money Management - Free Choice

Last week in Mr. Rich's class I learned how to write checks and balances. I also learned how to keep track of my transactions. This is a great way to keep track of my spendings. This can help prevent me getting into debt because it can help me stay on top of all my money. I am not so good with spending money, unless I have cash on me. When I have a debit card on me I don't usually think about the price and I just swipe to buy something. When I pay with cash, I realize how much I am spending and when I realize I am giving more than I should I look for something thats more reasonable. But sometimes I get lazy and I don't want to go to the bank to go take out money. I guess i spend more on a card because I don't really physically see the money I'm giving away. I need to learn how to manage my money more. Especially since I'm going away to college and i's going to be limited on money. I'm going to have to spend my money wisely, and think about what I need and not what I want. Also money management will help me in the future when I have to pay bills and do taxes.
